Flat Abs: Avoid This At All Costs If You Ever Want ‘Em!

Imagine one day looking in the mirror at your six pack abs and thinking, "Wow, these abs are really mine! All that hard work paid off." Imagine hearing the daily compliments from all the people in your life; "You look great! How did you do it?" Imagine being in public with an air of confidence, so happy to be you!

Well, I hate to burst your bubble but none of that is going to happen if you commit yourself to these 2 things:

Fad Dieting

Consuming Processed Foods

If you want to lose body fat naturally, STAY AWAY from fad diets.

You see, when you go on a "low calorie", "low carb", "low fat", and "low" whatever else kind of diet, you deprive your body of much needed nutrients that keep all of your systems functioning efficiently, especially metabolism.

Fad diets cause your body to burn calories much slower to conserve resources which in turn, stores body fat for later use. Your body doesn't know the difference between not getting food because you want to lose some weight and not getting food because there really IS no food to eat. All it knows is that it's not getting enough food, so it goes into "starvation mode".

Then the body starts to use muscle for energy instead of using fat. The scale numbers will drop but this is not good. By not having muscle (which burns calories for you even when you're not exercising), the body converts more food into fat once you do start eating more again (say, if you get off the diet). Your body no longer has the muscle to burn the calories efficiently so it all gets stored to fat. That's why people gain all the weight, plus some when they stop the fad diet.

Stay away from processed food if you ever want to reveal your abs.

There are 2 main ingredients in processed foods that actually make you fatter and cause all kinds of other health problems.

Artificial trans fats. Those are found in baking ingredients like hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils, shortening, and hard margarine and are used to prolong the shelf life and maximize profits.

What is the greatest health hazard? Coronary Heart Disease.

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is added to almost every food on the shelves that needs sweetened. It extends the shelf life of food as well without compromising taste. It's sweeter than sugar so it can be used less and it's cheaper to companies can buy more.

What is one major health concern? Obesity.

These two dangerous ingredients create a dramatic spike in your blood sugar levels (also known as a "sugar high"), which turn into those draining crashes. This dangerous cycle actually increases your cravings for refined sugars and simple carbs, which turn into extra body fat.

With the recent methods of food processing, our food is actually missing of many of the healthy nutrients and vitamins needed for a healthy body! So what we believe we're feeding ourselves and our families is hardly close to what it really is. Why do you think we have so many health problems to deal with now? If we could avoid these 2 ingredients in processed foods and fad diets by eating organic, unprocessed food, we would provide ourselves with REAL food full of vitamins our bodies need AND lose weight at the same time!

Diet is THE MOST important thing to control for achieving flat abs. Whether you believe it or not, you have a decent set of abs already; they're just covered by layers of belly fat. To get VISIBLE abs, you must lower your body fat percentage by staying away from fad diets and processed foods.
